HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN DOING MAKEUP AND WHAT IS YOUR BACKGROUND? 
CHRISSY HAS BEEN DOING MAKEUP FOR 8 YEARS NOW. SHE STARTED AS A MAC FREELANCE ARTIST AND WORKED HER WAY UP TO ASSISTANT BUSINESS MANAGER. SHE WAS WITH THE BRAND FOR OVER 6 YEARS. SHE HAS ALSO WORKED WITH CHANEL, TOM FORD, BOBBI BROWN, AND ANASTASIA BEVERLY HILLS. 

What kind of makeup do you use?
Chrissy only stocks her kit with professional and luxury high end brands. Some brands include MAC, Chanel, Nars, Laura Mercier, Tom Ford, Anastasia Beverly Hills and more.

Are you able to accommodate a variety of skintones and ethnicities?
Absolutely! Every shade is covered in her kit. This is something Chrissy takes very seriously.

HOW LONG DOES MAKEUP TAKE THE DAY OF? 
SIXTY MINUTES ARE ALLOTTED FOR THE BRIDE AND FORTY-FIVE MINUTES FOR THE OTHER ATTENDANTS. CHRISSY ARRIVES FIFTEEN MINUTES PRIOR TO HER SCHEDULED TIME TO SET UP. 

Is your kit sanitary?
Of course! Sanitation is crucial. Only clean brushes are used on each person and all products are properly sanitized before use. New disposable applicators are used for each and every client and are never double-dipped.

Do you offer airbrush?
Yes! Airbrush is a great option for someone looking for light, natural coverage.

Will the makeup stay on?
Yes, professional makeup will last whether it is airbrush or traditional. For longer ceremonies, Chrissy can be hired to stay throughout for touchups.

Do I need to provide anything for you?
The only thing needed is ample space to get ready and an electrical outlet! Lighting, a chair, and all makeup will be provided.

How do I receive a quote for my wedding?
Fill out a formal inquiry here. You will need to specify the date, venue, and amount of services needed.

What is the process for booking?
After your inquiry has been set, we will set up a phone consultation to answer any questions and make sure we are a good fit for each other! You will then need to sign a contract and send your retainer.

How soon should I book?
As soon as you can! Chrissy books out 1-2 years in advance.

Can you let me know if someone else is looking at my date?
Due to a high volume of inquiries, we are unable to do so. Bookings are first come, first serve.

How many people can you accommodate?
Chrissy can typically accommodate 8 people if time allows. For parties more than that, an additional artist will be needed. An additional artist can also be added for weddings with time constraints. All artists are hired by Chrissy/cleveland beauty collective.

Do you have a minimum for booking?

Yes, for all Saturday weddings the minimum is 5 services (Bride + 4) or the monetary equivalent.

Do you charge a travel fee?
Anything outside of a 20 mile radius (roundtrip) of Chrissy’s studio will have a fee.

Is my retainer applied to the final cost of the event date?

Yes!

When should I book my preview?
previews are best 4-8 weeks before the wedding. As soon as you have a date in mind we can schedule it!

What days do you schedule previews?
previews can be booked Sunday-Thursday. Accommodations can be made for out-of-state brides.

Where are previews held?
previews are held at the studio in Chrissy’s house in Tremont. Address available upon request.

Can I schedule a preview without booking?
At this time, chrissy is unable to accommodate previews/trials for clients who are not officially booked.

How long does the preview take?
The preview will typically take 90 minutes. During it, we will work together to find the perfect look for your wedding day. We can also discuss whether airbrush or traditional makeup suites you best.
